The agreed deal amount will be deposited into escrow before any transfer begins. Neither party will be able to access the funds until conditions are met.
We verify the game is live, metrics match the listing, no pending bans or moderation flags exist, and all ownership prerequisites are in place.
Revenue share configuration is updated on Roblox, or group ownership is transferred. We confirm the change is live and functional.
We monitor the game for 24-72 hours post-transfer to confirm revenue is flowing correctly to the new owner per the agreed percentage.
Once all conditions are confirmed satisfied, escrow funds will be released to the seller via their chosen payment method. Typically within 48 hours of deal acceptance.
Our process is specifically designed around the failure modes we've seen in unmanaged Roblox deals. Protections marked Coming depend on escrow, which is not live yet.
